In the study program: Law, consisting of two modules, namely, General and Commercial Law, there is a variety of courses focusing on judicial and commercial subject matter. Hence, in this study program, students can learn about various legal mechanisms, problems and ways in which they can be resolved, enabling them to cope with different situations and understand the role of top-level professionals in this field for the whole society. This study program provides students with the most comprehensive and advanced knowledge and skills needed for the current legal practice both in our country and abroad. In the Commercial Law module, the emphasis is on courses which expand students’ knowledge in the field of commerce, while the General Law module encompasses knowledge from several legal disciplines. By mastering the content of this study program, students become prepared for doing jobs in different organizations, institutions, as well as state and private companies and firms.
As today’s life cannot be imagined without the Internet and new technologies, the distance learning system is becoming increasingly popular in our lives. Accepting these innovations and challenges, a team of experts from the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad has decided to embrace the changes and, after many months of work, came up with our DLS (distance learning system) platform. Considering the fact that the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad is a proactive institution, striving for constant improvement and following current educational trends both in the home country and abroad, we have digitalized teaching materials, modernized study contents, simplified access to our DLS platform and accredited distance learning system for the study program - General Law.
